Our physical therapy visits are 45-minutes long, and always one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist. This allows enough time for thorough evaluation & prescription, effective manual therapy, and progression of a targeted exercise program. Between sessions you will be newly equipped with powerful knowledge regarding posture, body mechanics, ergonomics, and self care to promote understanding of your injury and your role in healing.
